Dave Brace
This role has been created to help relieve some of the pressure on new Secretary Steve. Although this role is relatively new, good communication with the Secretary is vital.
No Photo as of yet.
My first season is just about to start after taking over from Shaun. I plan to keep things pretty much the same as they are from a design point of view, I'll make a few changes to things in the background to sort a few inconsistencies in the layout etc.
I should be around KGV when The Under 10's are playing at home, so feel free to ask me any website related questions in person.
Please contact me about anything. You can either e-mail me

This role has two large annual tasks plus the weekly routine tasks:
1. Annual - Moving the year groups up a year sometime during in the close season - not too difficult a job - I'd estimate a couple of evenings.
2. Annual - Entering the fixtures near the beginning of the new season. This can be quite a long task and could take several evenings.
3. Weekly - the match reports from the managers need to be collated and e-mailed to the Express & Echo. The E&E need to receive the reports by Monday lunchtime. The managers know to send their reports in by Sunday teatime if they want it published - I usually do this on Sunday evenings and it can take from half an hour to a couple of hours depending.
4. Weekly - publish the same match reports on the website. It can take from half an hour to a couple of hours depending and I usually do this on Monday evenings. I find photos take me a little longer and quite often do them the following evening.
5. Occasional - publish/update pages as requested by managers/committee plus administer Fantasy Football.
The FTP and administration of the host pages is maintained by Dave Knightly and he can advise on technical problems with the site. I use Notepad to update the pages in raw html but Frontpage or Dreamweaver should work just as well.
The design of the site is simple so that users with dial up access will not be slowed down too much and it easy for me to maintain. Photos are restricted in size and are not usually much more than 50k in size - I use an old version of Paint Shop Pro to manipulate them.
