 Steve McShane is Central's Secretary - he took over the role in the summer of 2007. Steve's first season has been impressive and apart form his normal secretarial roles has found himself becoming a traffic warden (including receiving a fair bit of abuse) and has personally been involved in keeping the Under 12s Scorpions team together for the next season.
