King George V Directions - King George V (KGV) is easy to get to. From the motorway follow the signs to City Centre - as you approach the first (Countess Wear) roundabout get in the right-hand lane towards City Centre and take the third exit. About 100 metres along Topsham Road, just before a bus stop, is the turn off to the feeder road to KGV. From the City Centre get on Topsham Road and go past the Crematorium, Northbrook Pitch & Putt, Poppies Florists and just after a set of traffic lights prepare to turn right into the feeder road for KGV. The main car park is by the changing rooms (the changing rooms should be open by 10.00 a.m.). The council have improved access to the car park recently but it can get very busy and you might want to use the rear car park instead. The two red gates and the main entrance must be left clear so access by emergency vehicles is easy. Rear Car Park from Main Car Park - turn left onto Topsham Road - turn left after Poppies Florists into School Lane. Turn left again at Tally Ho! pub and entrance is about 200 metres on your left. On Street Parking - Near the main entrance, by the traffic lights Tollards & Southbrook Roads and near the Rear Car Park, Exe Vale Road and Countess Wear Road. Please park carefully in these streets. The diagram below shows where the various age groups normally play but this can change if the pitches become worn or waterlogged.
